Our approach
Grounded in design thinking, with the discipline of Six Sigma. We partner with the people doing the work and keep them in the loop from the first conversation to the last.
How we work through a problem
01 Understand
We start by listening. We talk with the people who do the work and learn what gets in their way before anyone suggests a fix.
02 Define
Together, we agree on the problem, set the scope and capture both in a short charter, so everyone is solving the same thing.
03 Assess
We gather what already exists, such as process documentation and metrics, and bring in the people and tools needed to see how the work really runs today.
04 Design
We work with your team on how the process could work. The proposed future state is shaped by the people involved and signed off by its owner.
05 Implement
We plan the training and communications with your team and support the launch through a period of close monitoring. When technology is involved, we make sure every scenario, including the errors, is tested by your developers and users and signed off by the owner before anything goes live.
06 Govern
Owners, stakeholders and the people doing the work are named before launch, not after. Once the process is stable, it moves into ongoing governance, scaled to what it needs.
Governance matched to scale
Not every solution needs the same controls. Heavy process kills small experiments, and light process on business-critical systems creates risk.
Individual use: prompts, assistants and personal productivity tools. Needs approved tools, clear usage rules and basic training.
Tier 1 · Everyday
Team or department solutions that others rely on. Needs a named owner, support, testing and a plan for changes over time.
Tier 2 · Business
Organization-wide systems. Needs formal governance, security and compliance review, architecture standards and funding.
Tier 3 · Enterprise
A solution moves up a tier when more people depend on it, it touches sensitive data, or the business would feel it if it stopped working.

Most conversations start with a problem, not a service. Tell us what you’re working on and we’ll suggest where to begin.
